Ok its really the Saturday after Thanksgiving… I hope this finds everyone happy and thankful.
Black Friday at River West saw dozens of framers, concrete guys and electricians at work. Today just the sales team braved the snow and wind. We are looking foreword to Sunshine tomorrow.
The exterior of 7 (old 8) is looking great.
The foundation for 8 (old 9) is taking shape also. Footers are in and the steam walls are being framed. Nine units left in building 8 with lots of interest right now in penthouse units and ground floor end units.
Framing contiunes on building 5 (old 5/6). Workers are even already parking in the carport tuck under spots…
Open House tomorrow, Sunday 10-4.
